The written forums offered through rocknowledge.com are intended to
encourage responses with beneficial content. Visitors have the opportunity to submit written content in three different categories; faith, testimony and challenges. The “faith” category should include stories (true stories) of results coming from an exercise in faith - or consequences that followed a lack of faith. The “testimony” category should include stories (true stories) of an event or events that invoked or solidified a testimony of a certain Gospel principle or principles.

Although the foundation of rocknowledge.com is primarily LDS (Mormon) based,
faith building experiences from other beliefs may be considered and posted - a general idea of the origin of belief would be necessary and included with the submitted writing. This would apply to any of the written forums. Recognizing that there are many women and men who are faithful followers of Godly principles and who are pure in heart, and are not members of the LDS faith, rocknowledge.com desires to share stories of faith, truth, and goodness from as many avenues as possible.

The final category, “challenges”, can be interpreted to mean a variety of things.
For the most part we are looking for stories (true stories) that represent courage, or an awakening to life’s mishaps. Typically we would consider stories where the obstacle was faced and dealt with and an example of strength and overcoming was obvious. However, there may be stories of discouragement and trouble that are still being faced and offer an eye opening assessment to how fragile life can be. Ongoing obstacles that are presented could incite a submission of encouragement from someone else.

With the basic categories set forth, it should be understood that these forums are not meant
to be interactive or responsive to each other. It’s possible that a submission may encourage a response to it, but rocknowledge.com is not seeking advice or counsel for corresponding visitors. Reference to another writer whose submission has been posted will be deleted or generalized when posted on this site. All submissions will be edited and any inappropriate or offensive language will be removed. Submissions with gratuitous use of vulgarity or demeaning language will be ignored and deleted.

Rocknowledge.com is only interested in true life events and where possible efforts
will be made to verify the accuracy of a story before posting it, although accuracy of a story can not be guaranteed by rocknowledge.com. Anyone submitting a story understands and agrees that rocknowledge.com may or may not post their writing. The Privacy and rights of anyone submitting a story is of the utmost importance to us at Rocknowledge. No story or information from anyone will be used or shared without written permission from the writer; except the initial posting on this website.
